Meet Celeste
As a kid, I was captivated by transformation — the kind you see in Sailor Moon, where an ordinary girl becomes her most powerful self in an instant. I grew up dreaming of becoming many things as kids do, some of which included becoming an artist, a fashion designer, or a stylist. I saw early on that the way you dress can change the way you feel about yourself. Getting dressed isn’t just putting on clothes, but it sets the tone to your day as you choose who you want to step into that day.
That belief never left me. But before I became a colour analyst, I spent a decade as a research consultant in mental health, where I helped conduct research on resilience, mood, trauma, and the different ways we cope. My work focused on helping people reintegrate into society. I learned how deeply our sense of self, our confidence, and our emotional wellbeing are all connected. It was meaningful, important work. And it taught me more about human transformation than anything else could have.

Celeste’s Colour Journey
After years of holding space for some of life’s heaviest moments, I was ready for something that was still deeply transformative, but a little lighter. Then I discovered colour analysis on TikTok, and everything clicked.
I trained and became a Mastery Certified Colour Analyst through the International Image Institute, and I created Colour Confidante to be exactly what the name suggests — a trusted companion for your transformation. Because whether you’re rebuilding, evolving, or simply ready to feel more like yourself, the right colours have a way of making it real. That’s the thing about “look good, feel good.” It’s not vanity, it’s science. And I’ve spent my whole life – in one form or another – witnessing it.
When I’m not in sessions, you’ll find me dancing, painting, or learning something new from a book. I’m someone who loves new experiences. I’ve gone skydiving, tried pottery, and next on my list is beekeeping (yes, really). Life is too short not to try everything at least once.
I’m based in Ottawa, ON, and sessions are held in my home studio.
Just a heads up: I share my space with two beloved cats, so if you have allergies, please let me know in advance so we can make sure your visit is comfortable!
